Raw dough, portioned and frozen. Fry to order for a churro that is crisp outside and hollow in the middle — the way it is done in the shop. The Lazo is a narrow oval loop; the Circular is a full open ring.

How to prepare
Fry from frozen — do not defrost. Abundant, very hot oil at 350–375°F for 3 to 4 minutes, fully submerged. Serve hot and sugar generously.
Pre-fried
Frozen · Finish and serve
Fried once at our facility, then flash-frozen. Your kitchen finishes it in the air fryer — no dough handling, no shaping, no fryer needed. The Lazo is a narrow oval loop; the Circular is a full open ring.

How to prepare
Do not re-fry. Pre-fried churros are finished in an air fryer only: 6 to 8 minutes at 375°F. Never in the microwave. Sugar immediately and serve hot.

Filled before freezing, so the centre stays sealed through the fryer. Six fillings: dulce de leche, bavarian, chocolate, guava, coconut and strawberry. Two presentations.

Fry from frozen — do not defrost. Abundant, very hot oil at 350–375°F (176–190°C) for 5 to 6 minutes, fully submerged. Twelve per basket. Once cooked, wait 2–3 minutes before serving — the filling holds heat longer than the dough. Finish with plenty of sugar and cinnamon.
